Q2:Could we get some samples?

A2: Yes, free samples can supply if you can afford the shipping cost.

Q3:How long is the samples time?

A3:Normally, we will ship the samples within 1-2 days and it takes about 3-5 days shipped byDHL/Fedex/UPS.

Q4:How long is the production time?

A4:According to your quantity, for stocked products, 3-5 working days , for custom products, just contact us.

Q5:Could I make custom design?

A5:Yes, we are highly welcome custom design, If possible, please kindly offer STP file for quotation and make the tooling.

Q6:Could I print custom logo on products?

A6: Yes, normally we print logo via silk-printing、thermal transfer、water transfer printing and off-setting printing.Also, customised packaging is available.

Q7:What is the payment term?

A7: T/T, Paypal are acceptable.
